RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CCSHOP.COM is dedicated to providing quality products to every customer. If for any reason(s) you do not want the item(s) purchased at CCSHOP.COM, you may return the item(s) within fourteen (14) days upon receipt of goods*. All exchanges are dependent on stock availability after an exchange request is submitted. We only accept size or color exchange for product of the same style at an equivalent value. Except sale items of 60% or more discount do not qualify towards the requirement but one time exchange is available.
Shipping fees of returned products are borne by customers unless there is a valid defective claim.
*Certain promotions/sale events are not eligible for return. For more details, please refer to the terms and conditions of each promotion/sale event.
Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges that meet all conditions below:
All items must be returned new, unused and with all hangtags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
All return items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all hangtags still attached. Please handle dark colored clothing carefully as they can transfer dye to light-colored items.
Returns must include shoe box (and protective plastic bag or dust bags if included) as these are considered part of the product. Please be remindful not to scratch the soles and damage the shoe box. We suggest you to place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
Items are considered as defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. We would not consider an item to be defective if it caused by normal wear and tear.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for free. CCSHOP.COM will be responsible for shipping fee of returned. Please send us a Return Request and return the defective items to us within 14 days of the day you received them. After we receive the returns, we will dispatch a replacement as soon as we are able.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on CCSHOP.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
We make every effort to offer customer hassle-free shopping experiences. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.
Please send us your returns within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of CCSHOP.com
RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCEDURE
- If you are registered member, please log into your personal account. Under RETURN REQUEST, click NEW RETURN REQUEST to apply for returns.
- If you have made your purchase without registration, please click the link below to proceed. www.ccshop.com/awrma/guest_rma/index
- Select the appropriate order number and tick the item(s) that you would like to return. Please also indicate the reason(s) for the return.
- For defective merchandise, please upload a photo as evidence of defect. Without a photo, the defective request can not be processed.
- After you submit a return request, please wait for our customer service team’s reply by email or phone. You may also check on the return status in your personal account at any time. Please note that we only accept approved return requests.
- If your return request is approved, we will send you an email confirmation. Please send your item(s) with an order receipt indicating return ticket number to the following address within five (5) business days: 27/F, Regent Center Tower A, 63 Wo Yi Hop Road, Kwai Chung, Attn: CCSHOP.COM
Upon approval, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be credited to the original account used to make the purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days for our processing and approximately 30-45 working days for the credit to appear on your payment card statement, depending on the bank's processing time.
CCSHOP.COM reserves the right to final decisions.
In case of any dispute, GRI Group Ltd reserves the right on the final decision.
- Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. CCSHOP.COM reserves the right to reject return requests if the returned item(s) are in unacceptable condition.
- Please send the item(s) in the same shipment via air mail or other secure means as quickly as possible to ensure that your refund is processed in a reasonable time.
- In case of defective returns, CCSHOP.COM will be responsible for shipping fee of returned item not exceeding USD$10.
- Loyalty points earned from purchasing returned item(s) will be revoked and such adjustment will be updated in your personal account within a month after the return procedure is completed.
- We only accept returns and exchanges of products purchased from CCSHOP.COM. Likewise, returns on orders made at CCSHOP.COM cannot be done in any of our physical stores.
* Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our address above. We are not responsible for any item(s) that are lost in transit.
