Why do certain items not ship to my country?
Due to the distribution contract we have with certain brands, we're not able to ship their items to selected countries.If the item you're interested in is not available for shipping to your country, it will say on the product page above the product details. If you add an item to your tote that cannot be shipped to your address, you will not be able to complete your order at the checkout stage. We’ll notify you at the checkout of any items that cannot be shipped to the address you’ve selected.

What currencies can I use?
At CCSHOP.COM, you may choose either Hong Kong dollars or US dollars to be displayed on our pages depending on the destination country selected in the top left hand corner of every screen. However, orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars only at a fixed exchange rate of (USD$1=HKD$7.7.)
The final price of your order is subject to exchange rates applied by your credit card issuer. Please check with your credit card company for related issues.
Are prices at CCSHOP.COM the same as physical stores?
The original prices of products you find at CCSHOP.COM are the same as those in our physical stores located in Hong Kong. However, we run online promotions from time to time such that you may enjoy attractive prices for a specific period of time.
How do I use promotion codes to enjoy a discount?
When there is a promotion at CCSHOP.COM, we will provide a promotion code. Add your favorite products that fulfill our promotion conditions and simply apply the promotion code in the " REVIEW YOUR TOTE" section of your tote bag, to enjoy corresponding discounts on selected items.

After an order is dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number in a confirmation. Alternatively, you may go to your personal account page and select “My Orders” in the menu on the left. In the “My Orders” page select “view” for each order to view that orders’ tracking information. Please go to our shipping partners’ website to check on delivery status with the tracking number.

You can earn 1 point for every HK$1 (or 8 points for every US$1) spent on regular priced items, or discounted items that are less than or at 50% off. In addition, you also earn 1 point for every HK$ 12 (or 8 points for every US$12) spent on discounted items that are more than 50% off.
